Whitecoat Technologies is thrilled to welcome Connor Tudeen as the new Manager of Strategic Operations. With a unique background that blends sales, marketing and healthcare, Connor brings valuable experience and fresh perspectives to the team, positioning him perfectly to help Whitecoat advance its mission of revolutionizing medical education.

In his new role at Whitecoat Technologies, Connor will help drive growth by executing strategic initiatives and optimizing processes to drive client success. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyze data to ensure the team meets business objectives efficiently. Connor's role is critical in implementing scalable solutions that align with Whitecoat’s mission to innovate in healthcare education.

Connor Tudeen’s journey into the healthcare industry began at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he pursued a degree in Marketing with a collateral in Supply Chain. His experience pitching a pet treat and supplement product in a Shark Tank-style competition taught him valuable lessons in strategy and resilience. Although he did not win the challenge, the experience ignited his passion for sales and underscored the importance of persistence—an instrumental trait in his career.

Building Expertise in Healthcare and the Power of Networking

After graduation, Connor honed his skills as a sales specialist at Synchronous Health, an AI-backed telehealth behavioral health company. Working closely with the chief clinical officer, he mastered the art of cold calling, pitching to C-suite executives and navigating the complexities of a growing company. His role involved identifying pain points and offering tailored solutions, which led to new business opportunities and gave him a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Throughout his journey, Connor has leaned heavily on the advice of his father, a seasoned healthcare professional, who emphasized the importance of networking and perseverance. This guidance has been crucial to Connor's success, helping him build meaningful connections and seize new opportunities. Connor firmly believes that networking is the cornerstone of any successful career, especially in the healthcare startup arena.

Connor’s advice for professionals starting in the healthcare startup arena is straightforward: network relentlessly, stay resilient and continuously seek knowledge. He recommends reading books like, “Never Split the Difference,” by Chris Voss for mastering negotiation and, “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” by Dale Carnegie to build lasting relationships.

Looking Ahead: Connor’s Vision for Whitecoat

As he steps into his role at Whitecoat, Connor is excited about the opportunity to contribute to a company at the forefront of medical education. He looks forward to helping streamline processes for healthcare programs, believing that success lies in making a tangible impact on the industry.
